Asya Fateyeva Asya Fateyeva was born on the 9.May, 1990 in Kerch, Crimea. In 1996 she entered the musical school in Kerch piano class of V.I. Nikishina, From 2000 to 2003 Asya studied at the Simferopol school of music, saxophone class of L.L. Rusanova. Next 2 years she spends in Moscow Gnessins special musical school class of Professor M. Shaposhnikova before she moves to Germany. Asya graduated the High School of Music in Cologne class of Professor Daniel Gauthier. She spends an exchange year at Paris Conservatory and takes often lesson with Professor Jean-Denis Michat.
Asya Fateyeva is laureate of many international competitions such as Silver Sound Ukraine, Selmer Paris Ukraine, Master and pupil Moscow, Yamaha competition in Hamburg, Bumcke Young soloist in Gap, competition in Nurnberg, German National competition in Bonn.
Asya Fateyeva was invited by many international Festivals such as New Names of Ukraine, New Generation Moscow and Dortmund, Russian Diagilev seasons in Paris, Musical Kremlin, International Music Festival „The seasons“, Marler Debut, Orpheum Zurich, The winners Moscow, Young Euro Classic and Dresdner Musikfestspiele. Festival Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Schleswig-Holstein.
Asya played with many symphonic and chamber orchestras such as Crimea Symphony Orchestra, Kiev National Symphony Orchestra, Bochum Symphony Orchestra, Kassel Symphony Orchestra, Zurich chamber orchestra, chamber orchestra “Moscow Virtuosi” conducted by Vladimir Spivakov, Tschaikovsky Symphony Orchestra conducted by Vladimir Fedoseyev, German String Philharmonie conducted by Michael Sanderling, Vienna Symphony Orchestra, Brandenburg Symphony Orchestra conducted by Hogward Griffiths, Neubrandenburg Symphony Orchestra etc.
Asya Fateyeva is laureate of youth premium “Triumph”. Asya is a laureate of Orpheum foundation for the Young soloists. Asya is a laureate of the Zonta-prize of German Union 2012.
Since 2014 Asya Fateyeva is leading the Saxophone Class at the Musikhochschule Münster
